Tawanda has over 20 years’ Global experience across Investment Banking covering Venture Capital, International Trade Finance (Metals, Oil & Gas, TMT and Industrials) Private Equity (Primaries, Secondaries and Co-investments), Structured and Project Finance, M&A, Corporate Advisory Funds and Asset management expertise on the buy and sell side.
He has raised over $5 billion in assets for alternative investments including private equity, private/ opportunistic credit and hedge funds. His experience includes leading a syndicate of venture investors into a select group of global companies with strong technology underpinnings, highly differentiated offerings, and validation from sophisticated buyers.
Tawanda enjoys the benefit of a huge global network across venture capital, Investment banking, entrepreneurs and enterprise, from which he has applied a selective criterion for principal investments, as an Angel and Corporate investor (until recently partner at Meridian Asset Management a firm he co-founded with over 1.5B Assets under Management).
Brent Christie

Brent has a strong professional background in accounting and finance. He was an accountant with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in New Zealand and subsequently became the senior manager of Corporate Financial Services to NZI Bank for commercial, development and construction finance.
Since 2001, Brent has acted as an Independent Business/Finance Consultant, consulting to individuals and corporations assisting in the structuring of financial transactions and facilitating access to debt funds from institutional and private lenders. Projects included residential and commercial property developments and refinancing.
In 2007, Brent was a founding partner of Aussie Bonds Australia, the coming together of several senior executives with extensive international experience in insurance bonds, banking finance and financial analysis.
Brent has developed an extensive national network of referrers for property, resource and infrastructure projects.
GRAHAM CASH – CONSULTANT
Graham is a qualified Accountant having had well in excess of 35 years in the profession and was a Business Services Partner in Touche Ross and KPMG.
Since leaving the profession, in addition to commercial consultancy work for some of his old clients, Graham has worked exclusively with a group of wealthy UK families who are UK and Australian Property Underwriters, a global specialist in risk management, assessment, acquisition and financial structures to protect property developers and investors from losing any equity in development projects.
The operations Graham oversees on behalf of the UK group necessarily involves funding considerations for property developers as part of the assessment of which developments they will support via their underwriting arrangements, which usually include insurance and reinsurance arrangements.
Gavin Brown

GAVIN BROWN – CONSULTANT
Gavin has almost 50 years of mining experience, having completed major civil and mining projects throughout Australia. He is a member of the Civil Engineering Institute of Engineering in Australia and holds diplomas in Local Government Engineering in both Queensland and New South Wales.
Gavin specialises in open-cut development and the infrastructure pertaining to and utilised in the overall production of the product through to the final process stage.
During the past decade Gavin has been involved at Senior Management level of major infrastructure expansion in the coal mining area for companies such as BMA, Xstrata and Wesfarmers.
Gavin assesses new mining opportunities including analysis of the business opportunity, mining operating requirements and preparation of feasibility studies.
