Stelai has agreed to underwrite LIVN’s Purchase Option Contract obligations in Australia. Stelai reinsures its underwriting risks with one of the world’s leading providers of reinsurance, insurance and other forms of insurance-based risk transfer, working to make the world more resilient.
The Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) is the regulatory body for the finance and insurance industries in the Bailiwick of Guernsey. GFSC seek to secure good regulatory outcomes with integrity, proportionality, and professional excellence; thereby generating confidence in the Bailiwick as a jurisdiction. The Commission supervises and regulates over 2,000 licensees from within the banking, fiduciary, insurance, and investment sectors.
Brent Christie, of Brent Christie & Co, since 2001 has acted as an independent Business/Finance Consultant, consulting to individuals and corporations assisting in the structuring of financial transactions and facilitating access to debt funds from institutional and private lenders. Projects have included land subdivisions, residential, commercial and industrial property developments, and refinancing. Brent was a founding partner of Aussie Bonds Australia, the coming together of several senior executives with extensive international experience in insurance bonds, banking finance and financial analysis.
